Lybra LG is a continuous loss-in-weight gravimetric feeder designed for precise dosing of additives into a virgin polymer stream. The cooled variant is marketed as LGR and is suitable for low-melting additives. Capacity range: 0.21–190 kg/h.

Functional description
The dosing screw (single/dual/triple) provides accurate and repeatable additive feed. An intuitive graphical user interface displays set and actual values, instantaneous production and allows access to all unit functions. A central static mixer inserts additives into the middle of the virgin column for homogeneous blending. The angled dosing station prevents overfeeding, while a dual load-cell arrangement supports only the residence hopper. A separate support bracket isolates the hopper loader from the feeding assembly to increase throughput and reduce wear.
