Overview
SL series screenless granulators are engineered for technical moulding and for the immediate recovery of sprues and runners. The low-speed configuration (25 RPM) minimizes dust, heat and noise while producing high-quality grinded material with a regular, consistent shape. The machine features a robust mechanical construction with an anti-stress shaft rotation transmission and a magnetic trap integrated in the feed hopper to prevent metal parts reaching the cutting chamber. Inspection and cleaning are fast and straightforward thanks to direct rotor access by opening the feed hopper.
