Overview
DPA series compressed-air dryers are designed for drying hygroscopic polymers with throughputs from 0.5 to 25 kg/h. Units use compressed air and can be fitted with desiccant cartridges to reach dew points down to -40 °C. The control stores programmable material recipes and automatically adapts drying parameters according to selected material and hourly throughput. Models with a glass hopper include a removable cone for fast cleaning and material changeover.

The controller loads operating parameters from the internal database and manages the dryer by adjusting airflow in seven steps according to material throughput. IMD, when fitted, prevents material overheating and thermal degradation by intelligently adjusting set points and reducing unnecessary airflow and energy consumption.
