OverviewThe RPA mould dryer provides conditioned, low-dew-point air for mould enclosures to prevent condensation. It operates in open or closed loop and can serve a single machine or multiple machines. PID control ensures a consistent dew point; unit is designed for fast start-up and requires no operator settings.

Drying principleThe drying action combines two stages:
- Pre-condensing phase: cooling water reduces bulk humidity.
- Drying phase: internal desiccant rotor (rotary wheel) lowers the dew point of process air.
