The DraftMax Basic HEPA for plasma cutting is a work bench with a disposable filter recommended for occasional plasma cutting (a few hours a week). Recommended for Occasional usage (a few hours per week) Small workshop Welding schools Light welding and grinding activities The DraftMax Basic is a workbench that provides extraction and filtration for welding and grinding applications. The DraftMax Basic features a work grid, a three-stage pre filtration system for optimum spark arresting and two disposable main filter cartridges. Both filters have pull-out dust drawers underneath. A Magnehelic gauge on the control panel indicates when the filter cartridges require replacement. The working height of the downdraft table is adjustable. Filter exchange and service can be effected from the front side. Safety The integrated spark arrester prevents sparks from reaching the filter cartridges. The spark arrester is placed underneath the working surface of the downdraft table to ensure a safe workplace. Plasma cutting work grid Specially constructed work grid, which is compulsory for plasma cutting applications (current max. 50 A). The plasma cutting work grid consists of two frames with 13 bars each and two additional spark arresters to be mounted over the existing ones in the downdraft table.
