Description

Glass Tube Rotameter Process Control Devices offers a series of Variable area flow meters. Designed to measures the flow rate of a fluid flowing through Vertical pipelines. Glass tube rotameters are using for general in line metering applications for varied liquids & gasses. Wherever in operation conditions float is the restrictions of glass metering tube of glass tube rotameter. The float uplifts smoothly up and down in tapered borosilicate glass tube. The float takes up a grip wherever buoyancy forces and also the float weight is balance in proportion to the instant rate of fluid. The vertical position of the float as indicated by scale is that the live of the flow rate. Glass tube rotameter is being used up to 40 m3/hr flow rate of water. Calibration of rotameter has done with authentic & traceable weight & balance measurement system which is certify by Indian government officials. Features of Rotameter ► Accuracy +/- 2 % of full scale ► Overall length of 500 mm in flanged, screwed & Triclover Connection ► Top & Bottom, rear, bottom and rear, rear and top ► Tube can be changed without disconnecting the meter from the line ► White Acrylic scale with flow rate in customers engineering units ► Standard Stainless steel floats for a given size ► Optional high and low alarms for operating valve & pumps ► Easy to mount & low Maintenance ► Instant flow rate indication using duly calibrated scale ► Cover glass protected with rubber. ► Economic & user-Friendly instrument.
