LEVANTE GTR is 6-axis CNC working centre. It has received important international recognition such as the Innovative Product Certificate, under the US.9.950.398 B2 patent. Moreover, it includes a peculiar technology patented worldwide, which expresses a new concept of work: rotary-translating table on an inclined plane combined with a gantry moving cross beam. The new solution offers the advantage of increasing the workable height of the piece containing the vertical axis strokes and improving the rigidity of the machine. The concept allows milling operations on the piece without raising the clamping and safeguarding the maximum dimensions of the working envelope, peculiarities that make LEVANTE GTR the optimal solution for the following sectors: MOLD, AUTOMOTIVE, AEROSPACE, MECHANICAL APPLICATIONS, PRECISION PROTOTYPES, and other special applications. With a single set-up part clamping, the working centre operates as roughing, semi-finishing, finishing, drilling and deep drilling all around the piece even in 5-axis continuous and 1 positioned axis.
