Overview
Ø50 mm direct-mount modular LED signal tower for steady or flashing indication. Available as QTG (standard) and QTGA (integrated lens/cover) variants. Optional built-in buzzer (Max. 85 dB at 1 m) and high-volume buzzer variants available.

Product Features

• Modular construction: add/remove layers and change color order without tools via Lock-type structure.
• Special color-diffusing lens for improved visibility at distance.
• Selectable steady (continuous) or flashing modes; flashing rate typically 60–80 flashes/min.
• QTGA variant with integrated lens/cover for a simplified appearance.
• Optional buzzer: standard Max. 85 dB at 1 m; high-volume (100 dB) and buzzer-volume-controllable types optionally available.
• Input compatibility with NPN open-collector (direct PLC connection); PNP transistor types supported.
• Pre-wired as standard; M12 connector available on request.

Light source current (per 1 layer): DC12 V = 90 mA; DC24 V = 70 mA; AC110–220 V = Max. 55 mA. Buzzer current: DC12 V = 40 mA; DC24 V = 75 mA; AC110–220 V = Max. 55 mA.
Materials: Lens = Polycarbonate (PC); Housing = ABS. Protection rating: IP65 (standard) / IP54 (built-in buzzer type). Ambient operating temperature: -30°C to +50°C.
