Description

The RC-CC1310F-XXX module is based on Texas Instruments CC1310F128 component plus a 16Mbit serial flash memory. This device combines a flexible, very low power RF transceiver with a powerful 48 MHz Cortex M3 microcontroller in a platform supporting multiple physical layers and RF standards. Compared to the standard module (RC-CC1310-XXX), the "F" version has on board a 16M-bit serial flash memory (GD25Q16CEIG), programmable through SPI interface already cabled inside. The external flash can be used for: - To store and collect data. - Memorize images which at boot time can be loaded into internal flash using a boot image manager. There is an application developed on this module (free to use for everyone) where you can verify and download the source in C: https://github.com/joembedded/JesFs. Technical Characteristics: - Supply Voltage: 2.70 to 3.80 Volt - Current Consumption (RX mode): 5.50 mA - Current Consumption (TX Mode +10dBm): 13.40 mA - Current Consumption (TX Mode +14dBm): 23.50 mA - Current Consumption Stand by Mode: 0.70 µA - Current Consumption Shut Down Mode: 185 nA - Frequency Band: 915 MHz - Frequency Error: ±10 ppm - RF Output Power: -10 to +14 dBm - RF Sensitivity (Data Rate 50kbps): -110 dBm - Long Range RF Sensitivity (Data Rate 625bps): -124 dBm - Data Rate: 0.01 to 4.0 Mbit/s - Operating Range Temperature: -30 to 75 °C.
