Description

Rotary vane pumps are used whenever it is necessary to have a process vacuum of up to 10^(-3) mbar. VACUUBRAND rotary vane pumps give consistently high volume flow rates over a wide pressure range. Rotary vane pumps and pumping units and chemistry-HYBRID pumps VACUUBRAND rotary vane pumps are high-performance, yet compact, and can be equipped with an extensive line of VACUUBRAND accessories. They have an innovative lubrication system with a built-in oil pump and have a large oil volume which extends oil change and service intervals and protects the pump at start-up. Chemistry-HYBRID pumps The RC 6 range of chemistry-HYBRID pumps are a combination of a two-stage rotary vane pump and a two-stage chemistry diaphragm pump. The diaphragm pump maintains the oil reservoir under vacuum in order to keep the partial pressures of solvent vapours at levels below their condensation points and to reduce the concentration of oxygen and corrosive gases. The RC 6 chemistry-HYBRID pumps have a much higher solvent vapour pumping capability and resistance to aggressive gases than conventional rotary vane pumps.
