Overview
Pad’it! is an inline automated machine that inserts wave‑shaped paper cushioning pads supplied by WrapPak® Protector into cartons to protect products and standardize presentation. Designed for integration on existing conveyor lines, Pad’it! handles up to 15 boxes per minute and supports left/right and parallel/perpendicular orientations for flexible installation.

How it works
As each carton arrives on the conveyor, a 4‑axis robot with a gripper picks a preformed paper pad and places it at the bottom, top, or both positions inside the box. The system offers no‑code robot programming and a single point of operation via the HMI to simplify setup and daily use.
