RFH1010J-AYW-MNB is a 10.1-inch IPS TFT Display with projected capacitive touch screen. Its resolution is 1024x600 pixels and 16:9 aspect ratio. The module features wide viewing angle (85/85/85/85 degree). The brightness is 400 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 800:1(typical value). This 10.1 inch IPS 1024x600 TFT LCD Display has driver IC EK79007AD3 + EK73217BCGA supporting 4-lane MIPI interface. The PCAP touchscreen has a built-in IC ILI2511 which enables 5-point touch, supports USB interface (I2C available). The module works within the temperature -20 to+70℃, storage temperature covers from-30 to+80℃.
