RFA6400E-AWH-DNN is IPS transmissive type high brightness TFT display. This IPS TFT display module has a 4 inch diagonally measured active display area with 480x480 resolution and 1:1 aspect ratio. The module features wide viewing angle thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now. It also features wide viewing angle and high brightness, providing brightness 1000 cd/m2, contrast ratio (typical value) 800:1. It uses ST7701S driver IC which supports 24-bit RGB Interface. RFA6400E-AWH-DNN TFT LCD module works within wide temperature range from -30 to +80℃, storage temperature covers from -30 to +80℃.
