OverviewHorus640-D is an uncooled longwave infrared (LWIR) thermal imaging module designed for automotive night vision and driver-assistance systems. It integrates Raytron's AEC-Q100-qualified LWIR MEMS detector and a Falcon-series ASIC-ISP image processor to deliver compact, low-power thermal perception capable of detecting pedestrians, animals and obstacles in low-visibility conditions such as darkness, glare, fog, smoke and precipitation.
