OverviewRTDS123C is a ceramic-packaged LWIR sensor based on a VOx microbolometer with a 1280×1024 array and 12 μm pixel pitch. It covers the 8-14 μm spectral range and delivers sensitive thermal imaging in a compact 56-pin ceramic package suitable for industrial temperature measurement, outdoor night vision and other imaging applications.
