U bolts are used to fix round pipes on supports, walls, benches, or profiles, and they can be supplied with nuts or plates. U bolts to support, anchor or guide pipes are used in process plants, thermal and nuclear power plants, vessels, desalination plants, platforms, and offshore facilities, and in general in any fluid control facility.
On the other hand, the DIN 3015 polypropylene, polyamide,Tubing or aluminum clamps are usTubinghold tubing or pipes on rails or with a welding base.
Below, you have more detailed information. You can also download the technical sheet of the U bolts and clamps (pipe clamp).
We manufacture four series of U bolts based on the dimensions and weight that they must support.
Redfluid U bolts are supplied for pipe diameters (PIPE) from 1/8”(10.3mm) to 36” (6.35mm) that are suitable for almost all SCHs, as well as for instrumentation pipes (TUBE) from 1/4″ (6.35mm) to 1″ (25.4mm) and metric pipes from 6 to 42mm. Also according to the DIN 3570 standard and the Naval Abarcón. Upon request, they can be manufactured in other diameters, dimensions and shapes (square buckles, bolts and tensioners) not specified in the catalog.
The DIN 3015 clamps have two halves that hold the tube. These halves can be single (with one hole) or double (with two holes). In the case of double, they can hold two pipes in parallel. The weld or rail plates are normally made of carbon steel, although they can also be made of stainless steel. The halves are usually made of polypropylene, polyamide, rubber or aluminum.
