Connections NPT ANSI / ASME B1.20.1, BSP or Cylindrical GAS (DIN 259), SW (ANSI B16.11); BW, SW OD, Flanged, Mixed. Packing GRAFOIL or PTFE. Upon request, it can be supplied in other materials. Closure metal-metal. Optionally they can be supplied with soft seat. Benefits Redfluid needle valves are designed to offer high performance. The closing by mobile obturation makes both the opening and the closing of the valve smooth, avoiding the seizure of the sealing seat. 100% of the valves are tested hydraulically and with helium according to API 598. Valves are also supplied with EN 10204 3.1 certificates. The Back Seating function allows you to change the packing with the circuit operating. When the valve is fully open, this system also prevents fluid from coming into contact with the packing, extending its useful life and reducing maintenance costs.
