Description

Redfluid single ring fittings are designed according to the Deutsches Institut fϋr Normung DIN 2353 / ISO 8434-1 standard. They are used to join pipes and tubing in hydraulic systems. These accessories can withstand up to 800 bar depending on the series they are and the diameter of the pipe. They come in different sizes (from 4 to 42 mm OD) depending on the diameter of the tubing or tube that must be connected with it. There are all forms, from straight fittings, crosses, Tees, Elbows, Mixed, Male or Female thread x Ring, bushings, to weld, etc. Regarding materials, they are manufactured as standard in 316 Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel. Pressure Different series depending on the service pressure required, from 100 bar to 800 bar from -60ºC to 400ºC. Diameters For tubing in external diameter measurements from 4 mm to 42 mm OD. For inch measurements, you’ll need to use double ring fittings. Connections NPT (ANSI / ASME B1.20.1), BSPP or Cylindrical GAS Whitworth type B, Metric Parallel, type B, UNF, BSPT Taper) Closure Optionally they can be supplied with an interior silver bath on the nuts to prevent them from seizing. Benefits You will never have leakage problems again once you start using these accessories because they ensure a tight seal between two pipes, so there is no possibility of liquid escaping during operation! Easy installation of tubing assemblies, increasing installation safety. Avoid problems with the seizure of fittings and leaks in your instrumentation assemblies. The fittings can be mounted with a spanner, much easier than welding.
