Description
The VACURET DIGIT is a dental vacuum mixer designed for homogeneous, bubble-free mixing of plaster, investment materials, silicones and alginates used in dental laboratories. The intuitive rotary knob programs pre- and main-mixing times with selectable speeds, durations and vacuum levels, or operation without vacuum. Use 4 adjustable standard programs or create up to 24 custom programs to match manufacturer instructions for optimal consistency and reproducibility.

Design and components
The unit features a double filter system that protects the vacuum pump from contamination, useful in case of accidental overfilling. A maintenance-free, brushless continuous motor supports long mixing cycles while the high-quality vacuum pump ensures extended service life. The stainless steel housing is easy to clean and disinfect. The rotary knob offers safe operation even with contaminated hands.

Included accessories
The mixer is supplied with a 400 ml mixing bowl. The bowl has a plastic coating inside and out to increase scratch resistance. The stainless steel paddle and solid metal lid are built for long-term use in the dental laboratory. Optional bowl sizes and a stand are available to adapt to workshop needs.
