The aluminum cord grips in the Tuff Seal RSR series are CSA certified and UL listed for safe use indoors as well as outdoors. They are ideal for applications requiring cable pullout prevention and arc bend control. The grips can also provide a tight seal against dirt, coolants, moisture and other environmental elements. Conduit sizes from ¼ to 3" are encompassed by the breadth of the line for fittings offered in aluminum, stainless steel, Valox, nylon, etc. The design of the grips includes a tightening surface with a combination of a knurled and hex area. An embedded Viton o-ring is an optional feature. It ensures a corrosion-resistant and watertight seal. NPT, metric or Pg/ISO threads are available. The anti-friction washer fits between the bushing area and the nut for simplified compression. A wired mesh is optional.
