DescriptionThe EAGLE 800 drilling rig is a compact, versatile machine engineered for foundation and ground consolidation works. Its hydraulic system uses proportional distributors with both electric (radio remote) and manual actuation to ensure operability even if the radio system is compromised.
Capacity and applicationsThe machine performs drills from 80 to 220 mm diameter for micropiles, anchors and various consolidation applications. It is compatible with multiple drilling systems and tools, including:
- down-the-hole pneumatic hammers (rotary-percussion)
- water hammers (Wassara)
- cased drilling systems (Supermaxbit, Ultramaxbit, Superjaws)
- rotary drilling systems (tricone, three-blade, etc.)
- hydraulic down-the-hole hammers for self-drilling bars (up to 185 mm drilling diameter)
- hydraulic rock hammers for tunnel drilling (radial anchors, rock bolting)
Operational featuresThe tiltable crawler optimizes machine balance during travel and loading/unloading operations. The radio remote enables the operator to work under safer conditions during drilling as well as during loading/unloading and positioning on site.
