ED CAVA 2 is a machine designed for block squaring. Mounted on a tracked or wheeled excavator base, the machine can move easily inside stone quarries.

Operation
Using the arm movements enhanced by a specifically designed kinematic that allows fine adjustments, the drilling area is very wide. The machine has two separate drilling columns and a 4 m rail. The radio remote control can be used for drilling, positioning and the tracks. The machine can operate in manual or automatic mode, enabling autonomous drilling along the full length of the rail.

Data monitoring
The data display panel is a modern 7" touch screen and all drilling data are stored and can be downloaded to a PC to obtain information useful for planning work.
