Overview
RLD 2 is a drilling unit developed for drilling directly on the quarry bench. It is designed to square blocks directly on the bench and to operate with two drills mounted on separate columns. The zoom alignment system provides very precise positioning of the intended drill line. Fully radio-remote controlled operation enhances operator safety. A 7\" LCD display shows drilling parameters and records them for download to a PC for analysis and job planning.
