Overview
Zoneworks® Insulated Curtain Walls provide an adaptable, modular solution to separate and partition temperature-controlled areas, contain heat, and control humidity levels. Modular curtain walls can provide up to 55°F (31°C) or more of temperature separation, keeping chilled areas cool and heated areas warm without the permanence of built walls.

Construction and materials
Zoneworks TZ insulated curtain walls are constructed of industrial vinyl wrapped around antimicrobial polyester batting. Options include polyester batting or a special heat-reflecting fabric that prevents heat penetration and helps keep heat on one side while maintaining ambient temperature on the other side. Materials are selected for durability and flame resistance.

Models and performance

• TZ15: provides up to 15°F (8°C) of temperature separation
• TZ35: provides up to 35°F (20°C) of temperature separation
• TZ55: provides 55°F (31°C) or more of temperature separation

Standards and ratings
The polyester batting is ASTM E84 (Class A) rated. The vinyl fabric meets ASTM E84 (Class A), NFPA-701 and CSFM flame-resistant standards.
