Overview
Zoneworks® SZ industrial sound curtains consist of two layers of woven, coated fabric enclosing one or more internal insulating layers, typically including a sound-dampening loaded vinyl and an antimicrobial polyester batting. Panels are modular and configurable for single-machine isolation or larger area partitioning.

Design / Configuration
SZ panels are supplied as modular units that can be arranged for single-machine enclosures, line-of-process separation, or full-room division. Mounting options include full-panel sliding systems or stationary installations to fit site requirements.

Types

• SZ: Targets both higher and lower frequency sounds. Sound Transmission Class (STC): 23. Effective for noise from grinders, shredders, large industrial machines and equipment.
• SZ2: Targets mid-range frequency sounds. Sound Transmission Class (STC): 16. Dampens ambient noise from lift traffic, light machinery, voices and office equipment.
