Description
RSR-III is equipped with a rear unwind system for straightforward roll loading and secure operation. The dual-shaft rewinding arrangement enables simultaneous winding of multiple rolls, supporting production flexibility and continuous throughput control.

• Universal design for standard slitting tasks as well as narrow-web slitting and label stock applications.
• Shaftless unwinder: the unfired roll on the shaftless unwind is lifted from floor level to working position for loading.
• Unwind and rewind operations are performed from the same side for compact workflow.
• Web guiding system provides edge detection and print-register tracking for accurate web alignment.
• Drives: asynchronous AC motors with digital inverters.
• Two-motor version: one motor for the traction unit, the second motor for both winding stations.
• Three-motor version: one motor for the traction unit, two independent motors for each winding station.
• Automatic and programmable tension control on both unwind and rewind stations.
• Touch operator panel for data entry, recipe storage and diagnostics.
• Electrical and pneumatic controls located for easy access and maintenance.
• Fast loading and unloading of finished rolls.
