RSR-II Turret Compact Slitter Rewinder
The RSR-II is a turret-type compact slitter rewinder designed for continuous production. The turret unwind/rewind system enables automatic roll change without stopping the line, ensuring uninterrupted operation for high-speed converting applications.

• Universal machine suitable for standard jobs, narrow-width slitting and label stock applications.
• Shaftless (coreless) unwinder with floor-to-working-position roll loading for safe and ergonomic handling.
• Unwinding and rewinding operations performed on the same side to optimize floor layout.
• Web alignment system supporting edge guiding and print registration tracking.
• Asynchronous AC motors with digital inverters for controlled drive performance.
• Two-motor version: one motor for the pull unit, the other for both winding stations.
• Three-motor version: one motor for the pull unit, two motors for each winding station independently.
• Automatic and programmable tension control for both unwinding and rewinding operations.
• Touch operator panel for data entry, display, recipe storage and diagnostics.
• Electrical and pneumatic controls positioned for easy access and maintenance.
• Fast loading and unloading of finished rolls to reduce downtime.
