RSR-V Jumbo Slitter-Rewinder | Heavy-duty slitting and rewinding machine
The RSR-V is designed for processing jumbo rolls with an unwinder diameter up to 2000 mm and web widths up to 2500 mm. It delivers mechanical speeds up to 500 m/min and is configured for continuous production environments.

• Dual-spindle slitting and rewinding configuration.
• Suitable for plastic films, paper, laminates and flexible packaging materials.
• Universal machine for standard slitting, narrow-web slitting and label stock applications.
• Shaftless unwinder: roll is lifted from floor level into operation position.
• Unwind and rewind operations located on the same side for compact line layout.
• Web alignment system with edge sensors and register mark tracking for precise positioning.
• Asynchronous AC motors with digital inverters.
• 2-motor version: one motor for the pull unit, second motor drives both rewind stations.
• 3-motor version: one motor for the pull unit, two separate motors for each rewind station.
• Automatic, programmable tension control during unwind and rewind.
• Touchscreen operator panel for data entry, recipe storage and diagnostics.
• Electrical and pneumatic controls positioned for easy access.
• Quick loading and unloading of finished rolls.
