Overview
M-EH modular electro-hydraulic solutions provide valve automation for on/off duty with configurable mechanical and control modules suitable for low-power infrastructures.

Basic (on/off)
  • Designed for simple on/off operation without partial stroke test (PST) or advanced diagnostics; self-contained relay-based system with low power consumption and external input signal handling.
  • Remote control via hardwired signal (electro-mechanical logic)
  • Local indication by pressure and position gauges: valve position, actuator and accumulator pressure, oil level, temperature
  • Minimum flowrate 30 l/min (adjustable), extendable to customer requirements
  • Optional accumulator for pressure backup
  • Suitable for low-power infrastructures (including solar) for operation and standby

Advanced (on/off)
  • Intelligent PLC/EHPC210 controller: programmable for customised logic and interlocks
  • Local control, non-intrusive configuration and troubleshooting via user-friendly digital HMI
  • Optional network protocol support: Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, PROFIBUS, PROFINET
  • Local indication via HMI: position, actuator and accumulator pressure, oil level, temperature
  • Modular mechanical architecture and flexible controller functionality — from basic on/off to multiple voting (1oo1, 1oo2, 2oo2) for SIL-rated ESD
  • Partial stroke test (PST), full stroke test, solenoid valve test, accumulator monitoring and line-break detection for detailed diagnostics over modern network protocols
  • Safety Integrity Level up to SIL 3
  • Optional lockable cabinet to prevent unauthorised operation
