SAU's SDQ Series of indexable insert drills is integrated with helix pitches that are engineered to provide high levels of chip removal functions. Models of the series are designed and manufactured out of nickel-plated materials, permitting more extensive chip flow rates and longer service lifespans. Their bodies' dimensional measurements have been optimized, in order to deliver better cutting stability rates. They feature switchable inserts (both internal and external). They also showcase 4 available cutting edges each, on the same inserts. 2 are to be utilized on the exterior drill holders, while the remaining 2 are for the interior holders.
The SDQ Indexable Insert Drills are commonly used in fields of application that have demanding conditions. This is due to the comprehensive levels of cutting force rate balancing.
