OverviewSCANOLOGY M-Track is an intelligent robotic path planning and guiding system combining a 3D tracking system, a tool simulator and path-planning software. It captures visual data, recognises targets and generates robot-ready paths by recording the 6D poses of the tool center point (TCP). Compatible with multiple robot brands and controllers, M-Track enables fast trajectory generation for tasks such as object transfer, grinding, coating and welding in automated production.
Highlights- 6D pose recognition with high-precision output
- Automatic, behavior-based path planning for real-world motion
- Quick setup using custom 3D-printed tool simulators
- Industrial-grade safety and reliable operation
Key features- Visual perception and target recognition to serve as the robot's eyes and brain
- Compatibility with major robot brands and controllers (e.g., ABB, KUKA, FANUC, EFFORT)
- Behavior-based simulation that reproduces human-like operations to produce adaptive, real-world-ready paths
- Saveable and reusable paths; tool simulators are custom-shaped to replicate actual tools and simplify calibration
- Flexible deployment for indoor/outdoor and structured/unstructured environments; supports lines, curves and complex tool paths
Applications- Aerospace: quality inspection, complex geometry capture, rapid prototyping
- Automotive: component capture for prototyping, inspection, customization, maintenance and assembly support
- Energy & heavy industry: precise scanning and modeling for turbines, hydraulic systems and construction machinery; maintenance planning and defect detection
- Railway & shipbuilding: scanning and modeling of tracks, train components, hulls, propellers and engines for maintenance and QC
- Moulds: design, inspection, repair planning and reduction of rework
- Non-industrial: surgical planning, digital sculpting, artifact study, props and model creation
