Description

Product
TRITON — modular press concept designed for flexible, high-performance stamping applications. The TRITON family comprises mechanical and servo-driven presses in modular configurations covering a force range from approximately 6,300 kN up to 32,000 kN and offering scalable automation options.

Digitalization
TRITON integrates digital machine applications and IoT-capable functions to support higher press-shop productivity. Available data-based applications include Press Force Monitor and Lubrication Monitor. IO-Link sensor access and VDP image monitoring enable direct analysis of operating status and support predictive maintenance through pattern recognition of collected data.

Flexibilization in manufacturing
Designed for flexible production and automation: consistent automation across coil lines, presses and conveyors ensures optimized coordination. The rigid, high-stiffness structure reduces bending and deflection, lowers cutting impact and helps produce cleaner cut edges—beneficial for small batch runs and diverse part variants.

Different requirements globally
Systems are configurable to local conditions while remaining networked for centralized productivity monitoring and benchmarking. The HMI offers a large touchscreen with an intuitive menu structure; e-paper push-button labeling supports language changes and technical documentation is integrated into the visualization system.

Sustainable and resource saving
TRITON presses are engineered for long service life, low wear and improved energy efficiency. A low moment of inertia and reduced-part drive train reduce friction. Optional packages such as Energy Monitor and EcoForm Plus support energy cost reduction and higher first-stroke good-part rates.

Retention of skilled staff
Usability features increase workplace attractiveness: intuitive operation, integrated HMI help, reduced noise emissions due to high stiffness and double-helical eccentric gears, plus automation and digital aids. Integrated tools (Optimizer, Smart Assist, DigiSim) support slide motion programming, output optimization and die-design phase flow optimization.

Power Line / Coil feed and Automation
  • Modular construction for all coil widths and requirements
  • Selectable automation levels
  • Power Line and Power Feed ensure high production output
  • Process extensibility through additional modules and long-lasting design
