Short description
Wire-braid hydraulic hose with a hot-oil resistant liner, designed for compressor and high-temperature hydraulic applications.

Tube
Synthetic rubber liner resistant to hot oil and a wide range of hydraulic fluids (HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HFA, HFAS, HFB, HFC), mineral and synthetic oils (up to 135°C / 275°F). Also compatible with glycols, polyglycols and aqueous oil emulsions (up to 100°C / 212°F).

Reinforcement
Two braids of high tensile steel wire for enhanced pressure resistance and service life.

Cover
Heat-, abrasion- and ozone-resistant synthetic rubber. Blue cover option available; accepted by MSHA.

Temperature range
-40°C to +135°C / -40°F to +275°F (short peaks up to +150°C / +300°F).

Standard branding
White ink-jet branding as standard; embossed branding available as an option.

Impulse tested up to 200,000 cycles (tested according to ISO6803; test factors: 135°C DN6/8: WP * 1.1 / DN10–25: WP * 1.33).

• Tube: Synthetic rubber liner, hot-oil and hydraulic-fluid resistant; compatibility limits depend on fluid and temperature (see limits above).
• Reinforcement: Two braids of high tensile steel wire for high working pressures.
• Cover: Heat-, abrasion- and ozone-resistant synthetic rubber; blue cover option (MSHA accepted).
