Industrial Continuously Low Temperature Vacuum Belt Dryer is a continuous vacuum drying system designed for gentle low-temperature drying of pasty and liquid materials to preserve color, aroma and active properties while producing high-quality powder or granules.
This system distributes liquid raw materials continuously on a heated conveyor belt inside a vacuum, dries the material at low temperature, then cools, embrittles and pulverizes or granulates the dried product. The process is mild (low-temperature vacuum environment), yields particles with good crystallization and internal micropores, gives good flowability and instant solubility, and supports online adjustment of process parameters (belt speed, layer thickness, drying temperature, vacuum degree, feed rate) to meet different product requirements.
