General descriptionConstruction in stainless chrome sheet with a watertight reservoir and a plexiglass cover for external observation. An integrated turntable (Ø350–Ø500 mm, set to customer specification) allows secure mounting of specimens. The system comprises two main assemblies: the test chamber and the standoff tube (for IPX5/IPX6 water jet tests). The standoff tube includes a height-adjustable crank, flow meter and manual valve for setting and monitoring water flow. Test nozzles and fittings are hand-changeable to match required test types. The unit is mobile and locks into position for testing.

Test evaluation criteria- After testing, dry the exterior and inspect the interior of the specimen.
- No water or moisture of any kind should be present inside the device.
- Electronic components must remain fully functional.
- No physical deformation due to pressure is acceptable.
