The 1x8 multi-cavity mold design significantly enhances production efficiency. It features a precisely engineered cavity layout that ensures uniform material distribution and complete cavity filling throughout the injection cycle. The gate location, optimized for minimal shear and smooth material flow, is equipped with an 8P open gate type. The cooling system has been meticulously designed to maintain balance, ensuring consistent quality across all products. Furthermore, a skillfully engineered venting mechanism is implemented to avert the occurrence of voids or air traps, thereby preserving the optical clarity of the PMMA components.
