II.Operation Steps:

1. Setup: Adjust the stretching area based on the screen frame size. Lock the movable casters. Select and place the appropriate screen frame support on the stretcher.

2. Pre-tension Preparation: Adjust the handwheels to bring the screen frame supports closer together. This prevents the frame from contacting and potentially breaking the mesh during tensioning.

3. Tensioning:

   · Flatten the mesh and secure its edges with clamps.

   · Slowly rotate the handwheels on all four sides to gradually tighten the mesh.

   · Repeat the process until the tension is roughly equal across the entire mesh. The final tension level depends on the mesh count and material.

   · Crucial: Do not tension to the final value in one step. Use incremental steps (e.g., for a target of 40N, first tension to 15N, wait at least 5 minutes, then to 20N, and repeat until the target is reached).

   · Check the final tension with a tensiometer.

4. Gluing:

   · Operate the handwheels to raise the screen frame, ensuring it contacts the mesh evenly.

   · Apply adhesive to the contact areas between the frame and the mesh.

   · Important: Wait for the adhesive to dry completely before removing the assembled frame and mesh.

5. Completion: After stretching, switch the directional control valve to return the mechanism to its initial position and turn off the power supply.
