OverviewThe iMLayer matrix vapor deposition system performs sample pretreatment (matrix application) for MALDI-MS imaging on analysis platforms such as the iMScope imaging mass microscope and the MALDI-7090. The deposition method is used to achieve high spatial resolution by producing fine matrix crystal grains. Automated control enables reproducible coating thickness as configured by the user.
Features- Generation of finer matrix crystal grains via vapor deposition for improved spatial resolution
- Automated coating thickness control for enhanced reproducibility
- Intuitive touch panel operation
