The AUW-D Series dual-range semi-micro analytical balances are the world's first five-decimal instruments to integrate UniBloc one-piece force cell technology, combining fine readability with a practical weighing range.

Excellent Weighing Performance

• The compact UniBloc mechanism together with digital processing delivers fast response and stable readings across the dual-range operation, supporting five-decimal readability for precise mass measurement.

Applications

• Shimadzu Balance Keys are standard; measurement results can be transmitted to Excel or other Windows applications via RS-232C without additional software installation.
• Standard functions include piece counting, multiple mass units, below-weigh hook and specific gravity measurement software, covering laboratory, quality control and production tasks.

Features (high level)

• Automatic span calibration with selectable fully-automatic modes (PSC and Clock-CAL); the operator can choose PSC (temperature-initiated) or Clock-CAL (time-scheduled) calibration.
• Data management and compliance: support for GLP/GMP/ISO calibration reports; optional electronic printer enables automatic report printing with date, time, serial number and ID.
• Application support and connectivity: configurable periodic output of weighed data to external devices; RS-232C interface for direct transmission to PC applications.
