Fish Auto-scaling Machine is designed in those (100g-2000g) scaling fishes. 200-300kg fish products are put into machine’s material inlet, and then will be scaled by positive and negative rotation in the cage-type frame. After 5 mins fishes without scales will be exported from discharge port. Function: Fish Auto-scaling Machine is manufactured as a kind of fully automatic machine for scaling fishes. Compared with artificial scaling, machine can improve productivity and reduce labor cost. It’s applied in the fish factories needing fish products without scales. The machine consists of a skinning roller, a cleaning roller, a fillet pressing roller, a feeding conveyer belt, a discharging conveyer belt, an electrical control, etc. The blade is easy to be replaced, the yield of primary product is high, it is easy to be cleaned, it is easy to operate for the operator, who can take up the post without training.
