Product overview
A HAST/PCT chamber for accelerated steam and pressure aging tests. Designed for fast reliability evaluation of sealing and pressure-resistance properties of multilayer PCBs, IC packages, LCD/LED displays, semiconductors, magnetic materials (NdFeB), rare-earth materials and magnetic iron.

Control system

• Microcomputer-based saturated-steam temperature controller with LED display, LED digital time controller and analog pointer pressure gauge.
• Compliant with high-pressure accelerated aging test standards: CNS, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN, BS, IEC, NACE, UL, MIL.
• Control architecture: microcomputer + PID + SSR with automatic saturated-steam temperature calculation.
• Temperature control accuracy: ±0.5°C; resolution: 0.1°C.
• Pressure control accuracy: ±0.2 Kg/cm².

Performance

• Temperature range (saturated steam): (RT + 10°C) up to 135°C (143°C optional).
• Humidity: up to 100% RH (saturated steam default).
• Pressure range (absolute): ~0.5 Kg/cm² to 3.0 Kg/cm² (3.0 Kg/cm² available as special option).
• Time range: 0 ~ 999 H/M/S, configurable.
• Temperature uniformity: ±2.0°C (at 100°C).
• Typical temperature rise: (RT + 10°C) to 120°C in ≈45 minutes.
• Typical pressurization time: ambient to ~1.00 Kg/cm² in ≈45 minutes.
