Product Overview
HAST PCT Unsaturated High Pressure Accelerated Environmental Aging Chamber is designed for evaluating sealing, pressure resistance and air-tightness of multilayer PCB assemblies, IC sealed packages, LCD panels, LEDs, semiconductors, magnetic materials (NdFeB, rare earths, magnet iron) and similar components. Available in multiple internal capacities for lab and production testing.

• Micro-computer saturated-steam LED digital temperature controller, LED digital time controller and pointer-type pressure gauge.
• System complies with high-pressure accelerated aging reliability standards: CNS, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN, BS, IEC, NACE, UL, MIL.
• Control architecture: micro-computer + P.I.D. + S.S.R.; automatic saturated-steam temperature calculation.
• Micro-computer based control with user-friendly interface.
• Temperature control accuracy: ±0.5ºC; resolution: 0.1ºC.

• Time range: 0 ~ 999 H/M/S, freely configurable.
