The full automatic carton sealer machines in this series can be used to adjust on the various box sizes and to close the box top flaps automatically, without any kind of intervention from the operator. The machines come with safety protection doors, that stop the machine automatically if they are open. The working cycle AS24 centers the boxes, allowing one box at a time to enter in the SM44. The centered box is driven into the machine, while the SM44 detects the box and lets the top taping head frame descend. The taping heads seal the top and bottom flaps, while monitoring of the top flap folder is possible with roller movements through linear guides with ball bearings of a self-lubricant type. Other aspects worth mentioning are the faster valves and cylinder reactions, as well as the electrical control panel Omrom PLC.
