Description
TRS/FA is a full auto planetary saw designed for cutting and chamfering rigid ABS and PVC pipes. This tool is constructed with an automatic change straight in an extrusion line. This machine features an electromechanical device that records the speed of the pipe. It also adjusts the cutting length, and identifies the variations in the diameter.
The machine is capable of pinpointing and removing the conical section of the pipe. TRS/FA can also program itself to a new format. It is equipped with multiple-armed clamps with rubber pads, which assure efficient and uniform grip on pipes. Adjustments of the carriage speed as extrusion speed is permissible, the unit also ensures higher precision in cutting lengths.
