Label detection at high speed The CFM/CFX fork sensor combines high speed with flexibility to reliably detect different label types. Whether thin, transparent, foil or paper – the sensor is insensitive to optical properties such as transparency or reflection. The separable metal housing facilitates cleaning and maintenance, while the integrated LED display provides clear status information. With the help of a configurable switching output (push-pull, PNP or NPN) and IO-Link communication, the sensor can be seamlessly integrated into modern labeling systems. Thanks to the capacitive principle of operation, the sensor also precisely detects thin labels and label distances of 2 mm and above. The three operating modes Standard, High Precision and High Speed enable the sensor to be adapted to different processes.
