Description

C-Frame hydraulic press designed to perform sheet metal pressing and deep cold deformation (drawing) operations with very high production cycles and with a cylinder approach speed of 350 mm/sec. The GNP electro-hydraulic press is equipped with two main hydraulic drives: the main slide, which generates the stroke and the deformation load of the sheet and the blank holder cushion, which has the task of holding the sheet to allow it to slide in a controlled manner. In this way, the GNP mechanical workshop press allows for fast, precise and completely safe machining, thanks to the "two-hand control" and the light barriers. Through the CNC system it is also possible to customize and manage the various processing cycles. Among the main features that contribute to determining the particular quality of this fast hydraulic press, we point out: – Structure in electro-welded steel carpentry, calculated to have greater rigidity and minimum bending at maximum effort, which ensures perfect functionality for all operations. – Press cylinder and blank holder cylinder for deep drawing. – Siemens digital control with touch-screen display for setting quotas and processing times – Hydraulic unit with variable flow pump and monitored solenoid valves. – CE certification – Annex IV.
