Cutting line designed for cutting oriented-grain electrical steel for the manufacture of step-lap 45° transformer magnetic cores. Continuous innovation by Silmek has produced a high-performance, reliable machine that is easy to operate and simple to maintain. The cutting lines occupy half the floor space compared with competitor machines. X cutting technology has compacted and simplified the machine mechanics. The use of advanced electronic technologies has enabled the elimination of traditional hydraulic punching methods in favor of brushless motors, drastically reducing noise and increasing energy efficiency. The base machine configuration is fully customizable to satisfy customer requirements.
