The 100TPI-0.5d is a differential adjustment screw designed for OEM and custom applications, offering precise and reliable motion control. With 0.5 inch of lockable coarse travel and 0.030 inch of fine travel, it provides the longest fine travel available in its class. Superior thread surfaces ensure virtually zero backlash, making it suitable for critical applications. The screw features a single-wrench-size adjustment for both capstan and hex drives, as well as a locking screw. Its unique collet design incorporates a split-clamp mechanism to preset adjustment screw tension and lock screw movement. If the locking screw's location is not ideal, it can be reversed and inserted from the opposite side.
