The SM-CFTx is a compact single mode fiber coupler designed for compatibility with CFC connectorized fiber chucks. It utilizes vibration-resistant OTX.5 series multi-axis optic positioners, capable of withstanding a 3G jolt without movement, ensuring stability in demanding environments. The device features 100 TPI hex adjustment screws for precise sub-micron translation, and a unique Y-axis knob with a capture screw design to prevent drift from overloading. Non-influencing axis locks are included for added stability after alignment. The SM-CFTx is equipped with an aspheric coupling lens for diffraction-limited performance, non-rotating focus adjustment, and crossed roller construction for enhanced durability.
