Operating principle:Feed enters the feeding box and is distributed into the separation cylinder. A fixed magnetic system generates a non-uniform magnetic field inside the separation zone. Magnetic particles are attracted to the inner wall or the magnetic matrix and rotate with the cylinder. When reaching the upper non-magnetic zone, magnetic particles are discharged into the concentrate trough by gravity and washing water and collected in the concentrate box. Non-magnetic material flows into the tailings discharge box, achieving continuous separation.
